Please Note as with all HP Dynamic Security printers, firmware updates & Genuine services must be disabled to allow compatible use. We advise to disable HP firmware updates & Genuine services during initial setup of the machine otherwise HP Dynamic Security will NOT ALLOW the use of third party consumables.
Note: Printers with an "E" in their model name are specifically designed to work only with genuine HP consumables. Compatible cartridges will not function with these models.
