Guarantees Policy
Compatible & remanufactured products guarantee
Should you encounter any dissatisfaction with our compatible product, subject to the conditions below, we will gladly offer you a full refund or send you a replacement product. Additionally, if the compatible consumable ever causes any printer damage, rest assured, we will promptly fix it at no charge or provide you with an equivalent print model with the same or even superior specifications if repair is not viable or the printer is no longer available.
To ensure a smooth process, we have four reasonable conditions:
- The compatible consumable must have a minimum of 30% ink or toner remaining.
- Prior to reaching out to any service agent or repairer, please contact us first.
- We cannot guarantee any consumable purchased more than 12 months ago.
- Any repairs or replacement printers are subject to a maximum value of $1000 + GST.
Consumer Guarantees Act
If the goods have been acquired for business purposes, the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. In these circumstances the only warrant offered by Tech Warehouse Limited (express or implied, statutory, or otherwise) is the manufacturer's warranty accompanying the goods, and in no event shall the liability for direct or consequential damages exceed the price paid for the goods.
Manufacturers warranties & Guarantee
We offer a wide range of products including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) consumables from brands such as Brother, HP, OKI, Kyocera as well as hardware products such as keyboards, Mice, Headsets and much more. These products are covered by the Manufacturers factory warranty, and this can vary between each manufacturer.
